Welcome to Grand Oaks Master Association!

Grand Oaks is located in Land O' Lakes, Pasco County, Florida off of State Road 54. At build out, the community will consist of 577 single-family homes within eight neighborhoods (Parkstone, Kempton Park, Heather Glen, Terra Oaks, Oakwood, Lakeside, Sherwood and Terrawood).  Construction of homes in Phase III is actively underway. At build-out, all will be members of The Grand Oaks Master Association, Inc. and enjoy full Club membership.

Grand Oaks Master Association is a deed restricted community proudly managed by a Board of Directors and professional management company, Rampart Properties.

Board of Directors Meetings are held on the 3rd Thursday of every month beginning at 6:30 PM at Club Grand Oaks, 25849 Frith Street, Land O' Lakes, Florida. Agendas for the meeting are posted on the exterior bulletin board of the Club approximately one week in advance of the meeting. Members are welcome to attend.

Maura M. Lear, LCAM is on-site Monday-Friday to handle the day-to-day operations of the Club and common areas. Maura performs regular inspections of the community and cites deed restriction violations. Additionally, all Architectural Control Committee (ACC) applications should be submitted to Maura for the monthly ACC meeting. To properly prepare for the meetings, the Committee members must have an opportunity to conduct site visits with applications "in hand". Therefore, please submit your ACC application at least one week in advance of the monthly meeting!
