PARKSTONE AT GRAND OAKS NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION

SPECIAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING

Association Turnover from Developer Control

April 30, 2002

The meeting was called to order by Manager, Kelly A. Moran, at 7:07pm at the Land O Lakes Library meeting room.

Ms. Moran certified that notice of the meeting was mailed to the owners of record on April 17, 2002 as provided on the notarized affidavit filed in the association’s records.

Ms. Moran further certified that there were nineteen owners present in person or by proxy at the Special Membership Meeting. A quorum of the members of Parkstone is eleven.

The floor was opened to nominations for the Board of Directors. The following owners were nominated to serve on the Board by the members present: Robert Newborg – 5109 Balsam Drive, Jim Morris – 5051 Balsam Drive and Annette Hall – 4636 Balsam Drive.

Mr. Morris moved to close the nominations from the floor. Motion seconded by Mr. Sheppard. Carried.

Due to the fact that only three board positions were open and only three members were nominated for the positions no election was held.

The newly elected board members will reconvene at a later date to elect officers to the Parkstone Board of Directors.

With no further business to conduct the meeting was adjourned at 7:22pm by motion from Morris and Sheppard.
