PARKSTONE AT GRAND OAKS NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION

BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING

April 30, 2002

The meeting was called to order by President Valenti at 6:55pm in the meeting room at the Land O Lakes Library.

Directors Leatham, Herman and Valenti were present.

Manager, Kelly A. Moran, presented the notarized proof of notice affidavit for the association records stating that the meeting was duly noticed via First Class mail to all members of the association on April 17, 2002.

President Valenti read the meeting minutes from February 13, 2002. Motion by Herman and Leatham to accept them as presented. Carried.

President Valenti presented the signed resignations from the Parkstone Board Members (Leatham, Herman and Valenti).

Betty Valenti presented the association’s turnover documents from Lennar Development to Parkstone Neighborhood.

With no further business to conduct at this time the meeting was adjourned at 7:05pm.
